Hi, my name is Shereean and I'm the client trainer here at JD Young. And today I'm going to show you how to remove email addresses from your Ricoh MP C3503. You're going to be looking for the user tools option. On a Rico smart panel, it will be on your screen, but on a different model and maybe up here in the top right-hand corner. So what you're going to want to do is hit user tools > address book management > You're going to select Delete > highlight the name you want to delete, and once it asks you if you're sure you're going to say "yes," there you go. That's as easy as that.
